Before being promoted to the level 6, I have tried on meditation a lot in order to feel less pain in both of my arms and also tried to study very hard the dharma speeches from the Masters so they would help me more for my spiritual life.

After level 6 promotion, I have realized that I should try to meditate more and study more about dharma speeches in order to reach the emancipation (giai thoat) by myself. Masters could not do it for me. I should have a very strong belief about our mediation method. Only strong belief would help me keep practicing the method and help guiding the new disciples. I also need to protect and support our meditation school. Meditation center is a place where I can get my soul supported , guided and where I can make the good karma by healing others.

If I like to have more good karma, I must have wisdom. Wisdom would help me to know right from wrong, to let go of the unnecessary materials (buông xả vật chất ).

Birth and Death is the path that everyone must go, there is no need to worry about Death. Life and Death is changed by the wheel of transmigration (luân hồi). Only the soul is eternal.

We have to make our soul better we have make build the good karma in order to set ourselves free from the wheel of transmigration (luân hồi).We might realize how much bad karma we still bear by looking at how we meditate. If arms still move, there is still bad karma about body. If head still moves, there is still bad karma about mind. I realize that I still have a lot of bad karma, I should concentrate more on meditation and try to keep my mind as calm as possible. I also need to help healing people more in order to get rid of the bad karma. I have to avoid all problems in the outer life and completely make my mind into the perfect absorption of thought in order to get The Buddha-nature (Phật tính) come up. By the Buddha-nature, I can have more energy and knowledge to guide the new disciples.

Finally, I would like to show my appreciation to the works of our Masters Nguyen Duc Thuan and Nguyen Ngoc Hai who have sacrifice all their lives to work on the mission that was assigned by our Grand Master Dasira Narada , which is to spread out the dharma method in order to serve and save everyone and hence, we can have 47 meditation centers in the whole world.
