My name is Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, 43 years old. I am a tailor. My residential address is 16B 25, Residential 91B, An Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. I came to Can Tho Meditation Center for healing energy treatment on October 15, 2014. It has been 3 months since then.
