My Thoughts by Chanh Ong, 4/5/2013, Seattle

Like many of you, I was very sick when I first came to meditation center and my heart was filled with sadness, uselessness and hopelessness. This teaching helped me gradually replace sadness with happiness, uselessness with usefulness and hopelessness with hopefulness.

I also learned many things, some of which are to have faith in Grand Master, to have courage and no fear in regards to the possibility of getting sick or sicker when helping other. Even if I might acquire some discomfort, it is just temporary and will be gone after some meditation or treatment and help from other members. Masters teach us, love is the essence of this teaching, so when treat patient the love will transfer from the healer’s heart to the patient.

I also learned about the law of karma: bad karma results from bad deeds and good karma results from good deeds. Our illness is the result of many years of accumulated bad karma and so it will take a long time to accumulate enough good karma to offset bad karma and maybe return to good health. Good health is a result of persistent meditation and good behavior, but it is not the only goal of this teaching. This teaching is about spirituality, heart, and soul; it is about doing good deeds, being good, being truthful to self, being a good servant to society, being a better human being, learning to evolve into higher being, and becoming worthy enough to be in Grand Master world.

I also learned about treating others and the different types of human anatomy. Some people have tough or soft muscle tone and some people have big or skinny bone structure and different or common areas of pain.

After I have treated others enough I can sense their discomfort, and I have developed the ability to sense and to find the locations of discomfort on the patient’s body to help ease the discomfort or pain. It is difficult to locate the target areas due to the different human anatomies as I mentioned above, but it can be done with enough practice.

I also learned that our health is the result of what we eat; if we eat fatty, salty, sweet, or spicy foods our bodies will suffer high cholesterol, high blood pressure, toothaches, sore throat, and many other things. Eating right is so important to have good health and stay healthy.

I also witnessed many amazing examples of this teaching where someone who couldn't walk was able to walk again after treatment and some kid whose face was covered with red lesion due to some abnormal disease (the doctor couldn't do much for him only prescribed medicine to try and he had to wrap up his face with white cloth) was healed after treatment.

There are so many more miracles I've seen that make me wonder. There is something wonderful about this teaching that helps people reduce their discomfort, pain, or illness that would have otherwise been left untreated by conventional medicine.

Last but not least I want to thank the Founding Masters, Nguyen Duc Thuan and Nguyen Ngoc Hai for bringing Universal Human Body Energy to America (UHBE) and spreading this teaching to the world. It teaches us to learn to heal ourselves and help heal others, in turn improve our quality of life. I want to give a special thanks to Master Hai for spending many hours treating me, even when she is not here in Seattle, she would ask other high level members to make sure they take the time to help treat me. I also want to thank many members who have treated me.

With that I thank you for your time and attention to my thoughts.

Have a great evening!
