2007, a Great Year

At the beginning of the year two thousand I was practicing a teaching with your system of meditation and treatments. It was about channeling the energy and meditating for short periods of time. For me that was a great discovery, I tried to attend all the beginners courses that were being offered, but there was a limitation, it was continuous so I could not progress. But I liked it and I continued practicing it

One fine day I received an email in which they told to me about UHBE, a group of people, some acquaintances, others not, but sharing a spiritual restlessness, they got to know about this teaching, somebody went to Canada to practice it and seeing that it was good the group was able to organizing a course in Spain, The Teachers would come to give the course! That put a lot of questions forward...

A night, in a meeting a person was commenting his experiences with UHBE and told us that in the level 1 and 2, you had to meditate for half an hour and in the level 3, you had to meditate for an hour. I remember it as it were today, accustomed to meditate 5 to 10 minutes I said: “If I had to meditate that much time I would have been born in Tibet and not in Spain ”, there are more things to do during the daytime

There was little time remaining before the first UHBE course would begin in Castellón, so I made a decision I was going to do it, I almost didn't know anyone, I did not have a lot of information, but the first day I connected, it seemed to me like something that could not compare with anything that I had done until now. I remember the following days I would get to the room and begin to meditate, there were days that I meditated more than two hours.

It was fantastic, in a short amount of time I met many people and I could be a part of the first group of UHBE in Spain. I would go from my house, to an hour of distance by car, two or three times during the week, sometimes also during the weekend.

This time period has allowed me to know myself better and to develop spiritually, I have witnessed the evolution of the teaching and I have gotten involved, looking for my space and participating in the group. They have been very good years, with a lot of joys. There were also problems as we have had to face a lot of difficult management issues, we have learn to mold ourselves to one another. Each idea, each need, each situation has been a difficult challenge to surpass

I want to thank all members that, right from the start or since whenever, have been a part of UHBE, continuing or not with our marvelous teaching. I've learned an unquestionable lesson through Maria José Ricos' sacrifice, dedication and contribution offering her house and her dedication to this group of people that share the same interests and worries. It makes me very happy to see that the teaching is growing and we already have two Meditation Centers in Spain, signal is that we have a great future in front of us and our commitment is going to be the mirror where many people will see themselves reflected.

I am happy to have made the decision to follow the unequalled teaching of UHBE promoted by the Gran Maestro Founder Dasira Narada and transmitted all over the world for our dear Masters Thay Thuan and Co Hai. I Encourage all members of UHBE to join efforts in behalf of aiding humanity to develop spiritually being able to eliminate sorrow and suffering to reach the original road to unity.
