Reminder of No Refund When Taking Back Spiritual Items Due to Closing Center

Dear Instructors and Center Leaders,

We would like to ask the Center Leaders to pay attention to the content of Section 1 of the following "Image Use Agreement and Copyright Certificate":

“1. Party A hereby authorizes Party B to pay a fee for the production of works for display during the period of operation, but does not grant ownership, of a certain copy of the works during the period of cooperation between the two parties. Party A may request the return of the copy at any time for any reason. In the event that Party B sells all of its assets to a third party or Party B ceases to exist, Party B shall notify the third party of the terms of the Contract. In the event that Party B ceases its current business operations or ceases to be associated or joint ventured with Party A, Party B shall agree to promptly return the copyrighted images and items to Party A without any request or demand for refund of usage fees or any other demands from Party A. In any event, Party B shall promptly return ownership of the copy to Party A and shall pay its own expenses.”

Thus, for all Spiritual Items displayed in the meditation centers, the DDM retains ownership of these items. In the event that the meditation center ceases operations or affiliates for any reason, although the meditation center has paid the fee when requesting the spiritual items for display, DDM will take back these items without refunding any money to the meditation center.
