Appointment of Center Leader Assistant Center Leaders at Dai Hoa Loc meditation center

For the purpose of growing DDM in Vinh Long, we have wanted members at Dai Hoa Loc meditation center to promote our teaching in their community so that the local residents can benefit from it.
